Inkwell

In Inkwell you are a master illuminator at the famous abbey of Iona, crafting manuscripts filled with gold leaf and fine calligraphy. On your turn you either take supplies from the shared mat, such as coloured ink cubes, gold leaf and technique cards with special powers, or score your page and begin a new one in your codex. Everything you take has to fit on your manuscript card, and every time an inkwell runs dry the abbot moves the game one step closer to its end. A clever, tactile drafting and set collection game that also plays solo.
